10 week Delivery; 5-6 Types of Produce

Description

This is a subscription that includes a bag of 5-6 types of produce once a week for 10 weeks to be delivered to your door. Delivery is available to the following zip codes 57224 (Claire City, SD); 57255(New Effington, SD), 57260(Rosholt, SD), 57262(Sisseton, SD), and 56219 (Browns Valley, MN).  Deliveries are planned for Tuesday’s for 57262 and 56219 and Thursday’s for 57224, 57255, and 57260 starting July 9 and July 11, 2024. Customers who are traveling or who have too much produce can skip up to 2 weeks of produce; making the end date either September 10/12, September 17/19, or September 24/26 depending on the number (0,1, or 2) of weeks skipped during the season.

Each customer can choose between having 2 servings, 4 servings, or 6 servings of each type of produce included each week in their bag. The base price is for 2 servings. For most types of produce a serving is approximately one cup.  All produce is organically grown.

Tax is included in price.

All produce will be delivered in a hot/cold insulated bag. Each customer will be assigned two bags. The bag from the previous week should be placed in the delivery location for us to pick up on the next delivery. Customers whose empty bags are not returned will have produce delivered in an alternative container until the hot/cold bags are returned at delivery. Customers can keep one insulated bag at the end of the season.

Produce planned for the season include: Beans (Green, Yellow, and Purple), Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots, Celery, Cucumbers, Eggplant, Kale, Lettuce (Iceberg, Romaine, and leaf mix), Melons (Cantaloupe, Galia), Onions (Green, purple, red, and yellow), Peas, Peppers, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Radish, Spinach, Summer Squash, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes (Cherry, paste, slicers, and beefsteak), Watermelon, Winter Squash (Acorn, Buttercup, Butternut, Kabocha, Spaghetti), and Zucchini

The produce planned is not guaranteed to be in a CSA box as weather conditions may prevent desired harvest. The produce will not be prewashed and it is recommended that all produce be washed before consuming.  The produce is the customers responsibility as soon as it is delivered to the delivery address. Koeppe Family Fields, LLC is not liable for replacement of any produce that is damaged after delivery.
